My motor will not get over 1200 rpm. It is rated for 3500 rpm with a 300 volt bus. What do I need to check?
The drives are default to 1200-rpm application max speed. Check the application max speed in the speed control window under operating mode to insure that this value has been raised for your application. If this value has already been raised then you need to check the peak current setting, motor data and your incoming power for proper settings.
