Two products similar to solenoids are offered, a polynoid for AC applications and a non-commuted linear motor for DC applications. A polynoid is a long-stroke (10 ft.) solenoid with constant and reversible force throughout the stroke. A non-commutated motor is a short stroke solenoid with constant and reversible force throughout the stroke.
